So, if you install Okular 5 times in different folders and then delete it,
there will be 5 broken icons in the list.

If, after deleting Okular, create an empty folder "Okular\bin" in the place
where the program was deleted (
example: C:\Program Files\Okular\bin), then the broken icon disappears, but if
you delete the folders, then the broken icon appears again.
