closed bug due to to feedback from development.

Checking current Okular seem the handle annotation and sticky notes, notes and
other note items better, whereas the overall performance and responsiveness of
Okular when adding notes could be much better.

In its current form it takes about 1-2 seconds after left clicking a PDf for
placing a note or annotation to the selected text or picture.
