STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I editted some pdf and then saved
2. I opened the same pdf to edit
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
some features stopped working (ex.: text selection,underline,
highlight,squiggle,draw arrow) although the same features are working on other
pdf files. I reopened the file many times and restarted and did updates but
still the same result.
