SUMMARY
bash should complete okular README.md, but it doesn't

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Using bash enter a directory in which there is a file named README.md
2. Enter READM on the keyboard

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.

EXPECTED RESULT
 Bash should complete the name to README.md

I have this fixed for README.md *or* README.MD, but not for both. (The syntax
of the bash "complete" command is not so easy to understand.)
