As soon as I can find a document that causes the same behavior but isn't filled
with private information, I will upload it. I've found a few documents in the
past that caused the behavior (about 1 out of every 30 or 40 documents that I
print from PDF), but credit card statements from American Express are the only
documents that I repeatedly work with every month that cause this.
