This has never existed, unless you mean right mouse button, and the option is
still there.

I don't understand the other part of the bug (for the record never report two
different issues in the same bug), you mean that clicking the right mouse
button on some parts of the highlight don't show the menu for that higlight?

If so could you attach a video recording of the issue (peek is a good app to
record the desktop) and ideally the file you're having trouble with?
