To be clear of what I'm talking about, I mean (the setting for tabs is enabled
in both OSes below):
When you open a bunch of documents from File Explorer, they all open in
seperate windows without tabs in Windows. If you do the same thing with KDE
neon and Dolphin, all the documents open in the same window, as tabs.
Since I'm assuming the second behavior is what was intended (seems more
logical), the behavior in Windows is a bug.

Also, forgot to mention: Okular (in Windows) was installed from the Microsoft
Store.
