Okular: Windows - Installation - Problem

Ladies and Gentlemen!

The microsoft installation alternatives suggested on this page don't work:

    https://okular.kde.org/download/ <https://okular.kde.org/download/>

One crashes/vanishes immediately.

The other tries to install something Chinese (I'm in China currently.), 
which I definitely don't want to be installed in my computer.
