In the last version of Okular there's this bug: sometimes I can't resize the
text block. Here's a video: https://streamable.com/gx7bq4


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to resize the text block (it doesn't happends always, only sometimes,
but often.)

OBSERVED RESULT
Can't resize the text block, and I am forced to copy the content of text block,
delete the block, create a new text block with the new size, and paste the
text.

EXPECTED RESULT
I should be able to resize the text block.

Linux: Manjaro
KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.5
