SUMMARY:
Can't display Chinese filename at the window bar.
Can't display Chinese annotations(typewriter tool & inline note tool).

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows 10 1909, installed from Windows Store (1.11.1 with Chinese language
supported)
