SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download https://www.ftb.ca.gov/forms/2020/2020-540.pdf
2. Repeat steps like on the attached screenshot video (TAB causes the popup)

OBSERVED RESULT
Bogus popup and then crash.
