Imho, the title is incorrect. The text is recognized correctly in the sense of
how you read it. It is enough to rotate the page into the readable position (90
degrees clockwise) with PDF Arranger and "R2" can be found with Okular.

On the other hand, Evince does not take into account the page layout and finds
"R2" without the rotation.
