            Bug ID: 429242
Summary: Okular doesn't save it's window geometry (laptop with
                    1 external monitor).
           Product: okular
           Version: 20.11.80
          Platform: Microsoft Windows
                OS: Other
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: okular-devel at kde.org
          Reporter: zappala.d at protonmail.ch
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
Okular doesn't save it's window geometry (laptop with 1 external monitor).

The application window appears to be opened on the main display, which is set
to my laptops internal monitor (which behaves as I would expect).

If the application window get's closed and reopened after changing the window
geometry, the window geometry doesn't get saved and returns to (always) the
same geometry as when I first opened the application

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a pdf document with okular
2. (Example) Maximize window
3. Close pdf document
4. Reopen pdf document

OBSERVED RESULT
If the document gets reopened, the window has its "default" geometry set.
default in this case means the geometry the window was set to at (first)
program startup (which in my case is always the same fixed geometry).

EXPECTED RESULT
If the document gets reopened, the window geometry is maximized (i.e. the
"saved" geometry from the last time the pdf was opened)
