After further testing today it seems to me that the problem is larger than
Okular.
Lpr docpdf command does not print correctly
Opening a PDF with libreoffice draw does not print correctly
Prints by third-party software are also not correct and the number of copies
set by the latter are not taken into account.

In addition I recovered a laptop (teleworking) on which I had installed Neon
and I have the same printing problems.
