feature. You will be able to float the annotation toolbar at any position (on
most systems), but it will not stick to the page.

Anyway, I don’t see why this could be useful. If you scroll to the next page,
the annotation toolbar would be out of reach... :( Or do you just mean that the
toolbar will be close to the page border? That will be possible, because you
will be able to move the toolbar to any position.
