my usecase of okular is as follows:
I use it mainly for education purpose, where I use annotations to solve
exercises. In some cases, I might want to insert a screenshot or other sort of
picture as an annotation. This should be as conventient as pressing "Ctrl+V".

stamp annotations does not cover this usecase.
maybe you want to call it picture annotation or whatever
