SUMMARY
Some pdf files do not display text at all or only part of the text. I think it
should be something related to the font type used in the document

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. 
2. Open the attached file with okular 20.12
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Only figures are displayed, no text at all
