I propose the bug report be titled, "Cannot save PDF when loaded file has been
deleted *or touched by any other process*."

To reproduce: 
1. open $FILE in okular. 
2. Highlight a word. 
3. touch $FILE

Result: "There are unsaved changes, and the file '...' has been modified by
another program. Your changes will be lost, because the file can no longer be
saved. Do you want to continue reloading the file?"

Note: Okular takes 800 MB to render a 5.4 MB file I'm reading; keeping it all
in memory would require *at most* 0.7 % more memory. Why not do that if memory
is available?
