SUMMARY

After Okular is installed, there's no start menu entry and the user has to
navigate to install_folder/bin.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install

https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Okular_Nightly_win64/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/okular-master-148-windows-msvc2017_64-cl.exe
2. Open the start menu and search for Okular

RESULT

Nothing found but the downloaded *.exe installer
