Location of Okular binary on Windows

Howdy Okular developers,

I installed the Windows flavor of Okular from the Microsoft store but I
seem unable to find the binary (needed to configure LyX to use Okular for
forward search). It doesn't appear to be in (a subdir of) either "Program
Files" or "Program Files (x86)". The PDF sync Wiki suggests it is in
"C:/ProgramData/KDE/bin" but there is no such directory. If anyone would be
so kind as to tell me where I can find the binary, I'd appreciate it.
