Good morning gentlemen,
I have attached two images.
The one from yesterday showing that the headers and footers do not align on
odd/even pages. That would be IMG_1864.jpg

I quickly printed the same using evince. That would be IMG_1866.jpg

Exact same setting on the printer etc.....

Notice that the headers and footers align in evince print,  but not in the
okular print
