My reasoning was that it's a duplicate in that fixing Bug 252596 will
automatically fix this too.

>From your other bug I see you're having a hard time making it print in sizes
that are not A4 in general, so I suspect that's the proximate cause of this,
rather than a bad hardcoded default (I could be wrong though).
