Yes,  my main laptop monitor is hipdi, but all the external monitors I tested
were not. I also have `QT_SCALE_FACTOR`and `QT_AUTO_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTOR` set.
Good suggestion, hidpi differences seem a likely cause of the problem. 

I'll see if playing around with aforementioned environment variables changes
anything. Coming to think of it, I'm also not sure if Qt 5.14 is still
affected. Will test now.

No, all monitors I've tested had varying resolutions among them, and all had
resolutions different from my main (laptop) screen.
