GSoC Mentors, please

Please login to the GSoC webapp, click the Proposals tab, and find your
students' proposals. Click the title, and scroll down on that page for
where you can comment to the other mentors and admins.

>From there, scroll up a bit to Open In Docs and click that. In that draft,
please critique, comment, or suggest improvements to the students.

I need to hear from you, and they need to hear from you, ASAP. The student
deadline for uploading their final proposal is the 9th -- and there are no
late uploads accepted.

Time is of the essence.
