As already written several times in the previous comments and indicated in the
"fixed by" field, this was fixed in 4.8.0.

The 4.7 branch is no longer maintained, and back when it was, the Okular
maintainers refused to backport the fix because it makes additions to the API
of an Okular library only used by Okular itself and by Okular backends. They
wanted Okular backends compiled against 4.7.4 to also work with 4.7.0 (forward
compatibility) and found that more important than fixing this bug.
