Further discussion with my father (the actual reporter of this bug) brought
some light to the issue.

It's hard to notice when you're back to the visualization mode (translating
from the catalan translation, I'm not sure it's the same name) it's a little
hard to see you're in a "browsing" mode.

He's used to Acrobat reader where there's a cursor that changes indicating that
if you click and drag the document is going to move.

Additionally he/we don't think that the icon identifying the visualization
action (a mouse) is not very indicative on what it's about. It's a mouse
because you need the mouse to browse? That would apply to all the tools there!
