[Okular-devel] Display size in pdf documents

I wonder how okular determines the display size for, e.g. a pdf document.

Consider the following situation: I have a document of size A4, I have setup
my screen DPI correctly, but if I set the zoom level at 100% the document is
displayed smaller that it actually is.

In Adobe Reader, if I set the dpi correctly, using 100% zoom level displays
the document at its actual size.

Bug 191614 (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=191614) seems relevant.
