This is not a default Okular keyboard shortcut.
What does Alt+Enter do? It is a KWin effect? An hotkey running some command?

"simple to reproduce" means nothing, switching back and forth the presentation
mode window to another window works fine.
Please be more specific: what do you see? Do you have a screenshot showing the
issue?
