[Nepomuk] Nepomuk::ResourceWatcher: Performance issues

no, I never push anything to frameworks. I push everything to
nepomuk-core and then try to remember to backport everything to kdelibs
4.8 and kde-runtime (4.8 and now master).

Use the copy from kde-runtime master, please.
