I downloaded neon-unstable-developer-20250901-0038.iso

and neon-unstable-20250921-1146.iso, and installed each in a QEMU virtual machine. In each case, the installation completed successfully, but when I tried to reboot into the new systems (with the CDROM device containing the ISO removed), it showed a SeaBIOS message and then hung with the message "Booting from Hard Disk...".

I checked all the virtual machine settings against a similar older Neon virtual machine installation, and they are identical. Any ideas on how to get a new Neon system to boot up?
