* What's the second argument in HttpDownloadManager's ctor? What should I pass in it generally?
* Is there a global http download manager available to use or I should create a new one?
* Is there a global CacheStoragePolicy? ...?
* What shall I pass in the `destFilename' parameter in addJob method of HttpDownloadManager if I don't really need to save it as a file?
* What's the meaning of the `usage' parameter in addJob & which value should I pass in?
