Hi everyone, <br>

This is just an email to make a little bit of an announcement and a
pledge, I would like as much help with this project as anyone is
willing to give as I am very inexperienced when it comes to embedded
programming. <br>
<br>
Right, so... I decided to take my commitment to Marble and the GPS
implementation a little bit more seriously and have purchased an
OpenMoko Freerunner with the intention of making marble work as a GPS
navigation device. <br>
<br>
I know there are a good few major hurdles to get by before this dream
of mine becomes a reality but we'll jump them one at a time. I will:<br>
<ul>
<li> work on my GPS implementation as it currently stands on the
desktop edition</li>
<li>attempt to install marble on the openmoko without using their
packaging software</li>
<li>build a tool chain that allows me to make regular "releases" of
marble for the openmoko</li>
</ul>
After which time we can have an irc meeting or something to provide a
wish list for the marble on the openmoko and I can provide a testing
ground for the project ( unless someone else has already bought one ;)
) <br>

Please let me know what you all think of this idea, and if you want to
pledge some embedded knowledge help I would be MORE then grateful for
any info you can send my way. <br>
