To me, the 'Tile level' option in the 'Download region' dialog is not very
intuitive, because I have no idea what 'Tile level' means. Maybe one could
instead offer options like 'Country', 'City', 'Highway', 'Walking' as possible
levels?

Other options:
- Display a tile corresponding to the entered tile level, so that the user can
see what kind of detail it corresponds to.
- Indicate the altitude of the point of view to which this tile level
corresponds.
