hello

i am huge fan on KDE now days after years using Gnome i switched
to KDE year ago and past 6 months been on KDE atomic variant and
it is awesome and been starting to use default KDE apps that are
shipped and replaced all others and experince is really good.

On development side Kate is solid to use and my day to go now,
but couple things i really missing or havent found a way to
achieve is connect Flatpak Kate to containers? i am using Fedora
Kinoite F41 all flatpaks with toolbox to create containers for all
development workflows and i really like to use Kate as Flatpak on
host and then just connect it to container i need to go.

is there way to achieve this example VScode hack where creating
wrapper to get Editor to see podman.sock/docker.sock using dev
contrainers. Is this possible to add on Kate since it would fill
my full workflow as perfect if i can connect it to containers

Second is Future aproach adding way to use AI on Kate Gemini
advanced, chatGPT etc it would be really ground braking too for
the Editor
