My question is: how to convert the language of the program interface into Russian. I can not do this myself, despite the fact that there are kate.mo and qt_ru.qm in the program files.<br/>
The program Kate-17.08.1-KF5.38-32bit for Windows I installed. I assumed that the interface language is set in the configuration settings. Unfortunately, when you try to navigate to them through the menu, the program says that the process of its operation is interrupted.<br/>
If you have an old reliable version of Kate with a Russian interface, I ask you to send it to me or a link to download it, and also I ask you to explain how to replace the interface with Russian.</div>
