[Q] How to override syntax file

Hi,

In my system `syntax-highlighting` has been built with`-DQRC_SYNTAX=TRUE`.
I want to override the shipped C++ syntax with my custom file that I put to
`~/.local/share/org.kde.syntax-highlighting/syntax` but still I see used
the one from resources.

How can I do that? Please advise.
