Moved from 17.12.3 to 19.12.3, and now my highligthing doesn't work anymore

Hi,

maybe we should consider displaying this path somewhere? It is, I guess, one 
of the most asked questions about kate and since it changed ... 3 times? in 
the last few years, few resources answer it correctly.

I could imagine a small dialog under "Help -> Search paths", or just 
displaying the path in the settings dialog.
