Hi Leo,

I'm able to switch the language through the dialog found under:
Help->Switch Application Language...

I'm using the 64bit version and I can change language and I tried what I think 
was Russian, but I'm not 100% sure ;) and it worked...

Do you mean that it crashed when you try to change the language through the 
dialog?
