Hi,

for windows environment there are some hints on the Craft wiki about
setting up a development environment with Qt Creator or Visual Studio
Code:

https://community.kde.org/Craft#Windows

https://community.kde.org/Craft#Using_Craft_with_VS_Code_.28or_Code-OSS.29

Personally I have only made some minor fixes on windows, using
Notepad++ and building from the Craft terminal and the git tools (git
gui and gitk )

On linux systems I use KDevelop for KTechLab, but any IDE that
supports CMake should work easily, like Qt Creator, Visual Studio
Code, ...

Best regards,

 Zoltan
