[Ktechlab-devel] Steps for KTechLab to join KDE?

Hi,

I just had been writing an email to you. I can enumerate only
proprietary teleconferencing systems, so I'm open to any suggestion.

At lease for real-time communication for finding a different system,
we could use IRC, freenode, there #ktechlab already exists.
