[Ktechlab-devel] updated readme for source tree

i tried to folow build instructions. For my system (debian testing amd64)
was missing dependency:

-- Could NOT find Eigen2  (missing:  EIGEN2_INCLUDE_DIR)  (Required is at least version "2.0.0")

which was not mentioned in dependecies, after installation this dev
packages i get from cmake:
