[Ktechlab-devel] Technical comittees.

I agree totally on this part and i'm wondering. The site perhaps is the
first thing that needs a rework.  To be run with some portal "ktechlab.org"
so everyone could be assigned and removed from the project, video, tutorials
forums etc one by one.  Also so people know the roles I want to get
involved.
