KStars Language Change

Hello Yuri,

Do you have any idea why the language switch stopped working in KStars? I
checked on MacOS/Windows and Linux. While you can select a different
language, it is not applied upon restart. In previous versions this used to
work fine. This leads me to believe it must be some KF5 issue then?
