Clearking KStars bugs for 3.6.1

Hello everyone,

We have around ~120 bugs reported in bugs.kde.org for KStars

Would appreciate any help in tracking these bugs down. Some are outdated,
others already fixed in more recent versions....etc.

Additionally, we have about ~90 issues in Gitlab:
https://invent.kde.org/education/kstars/-/issues

Need to spend some time clearing them as well. Even if you're not a
developer, you can help us to manage the bugs!
