Warning: kstars-bleeding 6:3.5.4+202107081130~ubuntu18.04.1 no longer parks mount when closing dome

Hi all,

I had ekos knock over my telescope 3 days ago :(

Turns out that kstars-bleeding 6:3.5.4+202107081130~ubuntu18.04.1 no longer
parks the mount first when closing the dome on a bad weather signal (ps. 3.5.5
has not reached the PPA for 18.04).

My setup is a rolloff-roof with very little physical space available which
means that the telescope needs to be parked horizontally before the roof can be
closed.  This has worked fine for several years, until 3 days ago.

I think we need to warn users (on the forum I guess ?) that this no longer
works as it did before before others also damage their equipment.

Line 1 shows that the camera is taking a 30s sub
Line 2 shows an incoming weather alert
Line 18 shows that the camera just continues with the next exposure.
Line 19 shows that the dome is being parked. For my roll-off roof this means it starts to close. The problem here is that no signal to the mount was given to park first which is needed due to the small space available.
Line 23 shows that the roof crashes into the mount, knocking it over entirely.
Line 29 shows that the 'unexpected' mount movement stopped ...
