KStars Wiki! Problem Solving

After my issues with Align last night, I took the bold step of starting a
KStars Wiki.
Forgive me if I acted rashly ;)

So far it is very very minimal--a few suggestions on how to debug align
problems, based on my issues last night.

Honestly, I have no clue how this wiki works (e.g. can anyone one the forum
edit the wiki?) I hope so, and hope that we can have a community wiki that
can work without too much spam building up a learning base for all to use.

I'd be happy to add a forum post encouraging people to add to this, but
before I do, I thought I'd send this out to the devel email list for
feedback, and hopefully for some more Wiki content.

If/When we get a little more content, I/we can add a little more hierarchy
to the pages.
