Hi,
I am interested in contributing to KStars now(I have already been
contributing to KDE in general for past 1.5 years). I have successfully
compiled KStars from source, but when I run it, it complains about
"Critical File Not Found: TZrules.dat".

KStars cannot run properly without this file. KStars searches for this file
in following locations:


How can I get that file?

Also, would someone please recommend some starting point in KStars to get
myself accustomed to codebase to start my journey as code contributor?
