<p class="MsoNormal">Strace showed updates indeed are happening in .config/kst. And I can deselect Legends on the datasource Wizards and it gets remembered. I guess that pref doesn’t get used for the command line plotting.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I haven’t heard any updates on a clean build process since Tormad and you discussed things in March so I don’t have confidence of jumping in to add that feature myself =)<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">That’s a great tip – thanks! ~/.config/kst exists. Worried about kst vs kst2, I made a sym link to .config/kst2. I ran kst, changed some “defaults” and saved, but diffing the .conf files showed no change. I’ll look deeper later, maybe
doing an strace to see when/where kst writes to a config file.<o:p></o:p></p>
