We should find a trick to allow displaying vector values in a better way. Right
now you have only a limited number of digits, which makes it impossible to
distinguish between large ints for instance.
Either we find a smart way of determining the format intelligently based on
vector values, or we could add options in the UI. A combobox with a number of
typical presets would not be bad, but if we implement bug #257285 it becomes
awkward. In that case a click (RMB) menu on the column header may be better,
but it lacks discoverability...

Ideas welcome!
