I have looked over the features found at the kst.kde.org site and am still
wondering if kst can do the following out of the box:
1)Display a legend on a telemetry plot
2)Provide capability to trend a maximum of 30 measurands in one
graph/report
3)Provide user the capability to adjust a sample size up to 280,000
measurand values.
4)Provide user the capability to adjust a sampling rate ( without coding)
